Pauline Krinov

At Woxi, Pauline leverages her background in process and IT audit and risk management to oversee our tech infrastructure, legal, compliance, and accounting systems, as well as driving Woxi’s data strategy and partnerships.

 

Pauline joined Woxi after a 12-year career with Nielsen BASES, most recently as VP of Product Leadership for Innovation, overseeing new global SaaS applications, specialization in running co-development and pilot programs with luminary clients, as well as integrating start-up acquisitions. A Black Belt practitioner of Lean/Six Sigma as part of Nielsen’s Business Process Improvement leadership program, she excels at process optimization, and is an experienced life sciences innovation expert, including forecasting. Pauline is passionate about leadership, employee development, and diversity, and is a successful influencer, team leader, and diversity champion.

 

Pauline holds an MBA from Xavier University and an undergraduate degree in management information systems from Miami University. She co-leads the Analytics Committee for the Cincinnati NextUp chapter (formerly the Network of Executive Women), was a founding member and past president of the Xavier Women’s MBA Association, and sits on the board of the Kennedy Heights Montessori Center. She lives in Pleasant Ridge with her husband Mike and two young daughters.
